International cooperation and communication based on E:P:N-ratio preferences.
To train unemployed professionals as well as dissidents to function productively, if not in their country of birth then in a country that either hires them for their skills or allows them to practice their craft/profession while helping its people learn the international languages of English and Esperanto--the ideal relocation language.
My goal is to build and maintain a training facility for learning foundry tasks and tutoring skills, including the use of C-tests and E:P:N analysis.
To select and train eager applicants, including retired professionals, to function as a self-sufficient (E:P:N) 3-, 6- or 9-member team in countries with Esperanto clubs.
(1) Establish a cooperative relationship with the Permanent Representatives to the United Nations (UN) who offer to help with my “Swords into Plowshares” foundry project (for which we need coins minted during strategic years); (2) implement a program to widely promote our success as a quality producer of meaningful and/or useful works of art; and (3) start the training of teams that are willing to go abroad ... to countries that need their collective talents and/or want to hire them to tutor language skills using Europe’s C-Test (as implemented through ClozeOnline.us or its offline equivalent).
Phase I: I started this phase on February 8, 2008, by sending invitations to all Permanent Representatives to the UN who have offices in New York. (The reason I chose these ambassadors, rather than those with offices in Geneva or Vienna, is that they are the ones who see the original bronze “Swords into Plowshares” statue almost daily.) The cost of this phase, including the casting of approximately thirty statuettes, is expected to be about $3,800 US dollars (presuming a 16% response factor).
Phase II, This promotion phase is a variable in that it could cost in excess of $100,000 yet it could also cost less than 10,000 if the ambassadors see fit to help with that phase by ordering tailor-made replicas for their influential friends.
Phase III, Even this last phase is a variable in that it could cost less than $10,000 per team if established Rehab Programs can be convinced to amend their curriculum to include my concepts; yet, it could also cost $30,000 per team if I have to construct and run my own live-in training center. Constructions costs would be about $210,000 per year for five years. See http://clozeonline.us/Cohort101.ppt
To assure accountability and measure quantifiable accomplishments, records will be kept of all meaningful activities toward these ends. Journaling one’s "learning from experience" is a requirement for all participants. This is expected to be done on a weekly basis in both international languages, even if parts of it have to be done by a translator program.
I am aware that every major marketing initiative demands a plan and that every plan needs a process. This is draft one of that process. Your input and queries will help shape the further development of these processes. You may contact me through firstname.lastname@example.org.
